Both characters are legendary in the Eternal Fusion universe. The lore has them on a collision course — but they have not fought in canon. Not yet.
Aeldric Vaelion
The Alliance last arcanist. Light + Balance. He walks into places paladins will not go. He negotiates with factions that will not talk to the Council. He survives the Horde Badlands — which no Alliance soldier is supposed to be able to do.
His longsword crackles with bright blue arcane lightning. His armor is dark navy + gold filigree. He does not wear a helmet. He has piercing blue eyes and windswept sandy-brown hair. He is mid-30s. He is human.
He is the first quest-giver at Convergence.
Korgax the Unbroken
The Horde Warlord. Chaos + Void. He has held power for twelve years, the longest in Horde history, because he has never stopped winning.
His armor is tarnished dark iron over deep blood red. His war paint is bone-white across his face in three stripes. He has a six-foot curved blade held loosely at his side. He has a single clouded-white eye from an old battle. He is orc.
He has fought seven formal challenges and dozens of informal ones. He has never lost.
The canonical answer
The lore does not give them a duel. The lore gives them something more interesting: a war of attrition across decades. Korgax keeps winning campaigns. Aeldric keeps surviving them. Neither has won outright.
If they fought one-on-one tomorrow, the lore is deliberately ambiguous. Aeldric is the most skilled duelist in the Alliance. Korgax is the most decisive war-leader in twelve years of Horde history. Combat skill vs. strategic dominance. The lore lets the reader decide.
The community votes, year after year: Korgax wins 6 times out of 10.
Why the lore is ambiguous
The lore author (Farouk Saleh) has said in Discord that the ambiguity is the point. Aeldric is the hero who survives. Korgax is the warlord who wins. If they fought and one beat the other, the story becomes smaller. As written, the story stays open.
