No. The bind is permanent for the season. You can switch at the 30-day reset.
Which faction is best for new players?
Alliance. Aeldric Vaelion is the first quest-giver, the lore is the most accessible, and the gold-on-navy aesthetic is unmistakable on the Convergence hub.
Which faction wins the most?
None, by design. The 30-day reset prevents any faction from getting permanently ahead. Each season is a fresh ladder.
