- System requirements — minimum + recommended specs
Week of Nov 13 — press kit + curator push
- Press kit refresh — all assets current, all stats current
- Curator outreach — minimum 10 Steam curators contacted, 2-week lead time
- Press release draft — embargoed for Nov 29
Week of Nov 20 — community prep
- Discord announcement — countdown pinned in #announcements
- Email blast — to the full subscriber list (lore book + early access)
- Reddit pre-launch — r/IndieGaming, r/Roblox, r/SteamGameSuggestions
Week of Nov 27 — launch week
- Mon Nov 27: press release goes live (embargo lifts)
- Tue Nov 28: Steam Next Fest announcement (if participating)
- Wed Nov 29: wishlist push — every existing player gets a personal email
- Thu Nov 30: Reddit launch post goes live at 6am EST
- Fri Dec 1: Steam page goes live at 9am EST
