What we learned
- The pre-launch email blast was the #1 driver. 42% of sales came from the email list. The list is the asset.
- SEO took 6 months to pay off. The articles published in Tiers 6-15 drove 28% of sales. SEO is a long game.
- Discord is not optional. 18% of sales came from Discord. The community is the conversion engine.
What this means for the next launch
The Black Friday bundle push (Nov 24) should 5x these numbers. Expected: 2,000-3,000 bundle sales at $74.99 = $150,000-225,000 in Black Friday revenue alone.
