I track conversion rates across 7 channels in a single spreadsheet. Here is the schema.
The 7 channels
- farouks-fusion.com (organic) — articles → lore book + T-shirts + bundle
- Discord — members → lore book + bundle
- Email — subscribers → lore book + bundle + Steam wishlist
- Gumroad — direct visitors → lore book + bundle
- TeePublic — buyers → discovery of lore book + bundle
- Roblox — players → Discord → lore book
- Steam — wishlists → demo downloads → full release
The conversion rate per channel
| Channel | Conv. rate | Best product |
|---|---|---|
| farouks-fusion.com | 0.8% | Lore book |
| Discord | 5.0% | Lore book |
| 3.2% | Bundle | |
| Gumroad | 12% | Bundle |
| TeePublic | 0.3% | Lore book |
| Roblox | 0.5% | Discord |
| Steam | 20% (launch-week) | Full release |
How I update the sheet
Every Monday, I pull numbers from each platform’s API (Gumroad, TeePublic, Steam, Discord, ConvertKit). I paste them into the sheet. I compare week-over-week. I look for channels where conversion is dropping — those are the channels that need fixing.
What this means for your channels
If you are running multiple products, build the conversion sheet. The sheet tells you which channels are working and which need attention.
