32 new cards
- 8 Sylvan — including the new Sylvan Elder (draw 2, gain 1 life per card)
- 8 Clockwork — including Clockwork Engine (gain 1 mana per turn, summon a 1/1 every turn)
- 8 Cursed — including Void Harvester (drain 2 life from opponent, gain 2 mana)
- 8 mixed — utility cards usable by any faction
3 new mechanics
- Echo — when this card dies, summon a 1/1 copy
- Resonance — if you have 3+ cards in hand of the same faction, this card costs 2 less
- Void-touched — if you have 10+ life, this card gains +2/+2
1 new faction card back
The Cursed faction gets a new card back with the Void-corruption visual style. Available to anyone who owns 8+ Cursed cards.
