The EFER Discord closed Q4 at 2,400 members. Up from 2,000 in October. Here is the full Q4 recap.

Faction loyalty by sub-channel membership
- Sylvan — 412 members. The largest faction.
- Cursed — 298 members. Growing fastest in Q4.
- Clockwork — 287 members. Stable.
- Aeldric — 234 members. Stable.
- Korgax — 198 members. The smallest. The “hardcore” faction.
- Arctic — 156 members. New in v2 lore.
- Eastern — 142 members. New in v2 lore.
- Alliance — 89 members. The “bridge-builders.”
What we learned
- The lore suggestions channel is the #1 content engine. 1,243 suggestions in 3 months = 13 suggestions per day. The community is helping write the lore.
- Black Friday worked because of the #merch-drops channel. 312 buyers = 13% of the Discord. The channel is the conversion engine.
- Faction loyalty is real. Sylvan is the largest faction by 40%. Members identify by faction, not by player name. The faction identity is what makes the Discord a community.
What this means for Q1 2027
Discord is now 2,400 members. Q1 2027 Steam full release emails the full list. Expected Q1 Discord-driven Steam sales: 480 units (2,400 × 20% Steam conversion × 100% Discord reach) = $9,600 in Q1 Steam revenue from Discord alone.
