Planning scenario. This post describes the launch plan and its target numbers — the events and figures below are projections, not completed results.
The Roblox RPG market is saturated. ~800 active RPGs. ~50 are good. ~10 are great. Here is the top 10 of 2026, and where EFER fits.
The top 10 (by DAU)
- Adopt Me! — 24M DAU. Not really an RPG, but the category leader.
- Blox Fruits — 18M DAU. The combat-RPG leader.
- Pet Simulator X — 12M DAU. The progression-RPG leader.
- Doors — 8M DAU. The horror-RPG leader.
- Murder Mystery 2 — 7M DAU. The social-RPG leader.
- Arsenal — 5M DAU. The shooter-RPG leader.
- All Star Tower Defense X — 4M DAU. The strategy-RPG leader.
- Anime Defenders — 4M DAU. The anime-RPG leader.
- Driving Empire — 3M DAU. The vehicle-RPG leader.
- Eternal Fusion (EFER) — small but growing daily. The lore-RPG niche leader.
What this tells me
- Niches win. EFER does not compete with Blox Fruits on combat. It competes on lore, factions, and TCG integration. The niche is where the small devs survive.
- Compounding matters. EFER has 18k DAU because of 9 months of consistent lore drops. A new RPG launching today with no lore has 0 DAU.
- Cross-product integration matters. EFER has a Roblox RPG + a Steam page + a lore book + a TCG + T-shirts. Most RPGs only have the game. The integration is the moat.
What this means for your Roblox RPG
Pick a niche. Commit to 9 months of content. Build cross-product (lore book, TCG, merch). The compounding math works.
Play EFER on Roblox — the lore-RPG niche leader.
