- Oct 6 — Lore book Chapter 5 ships (Clockwork Transcend)
- Oct 13 — EFURC v0.2 playtest opens to the waitlist
- Oct 20 — EFURC v0.2 public launch on Roblox
- Oct 27 — Friday TeePublic drop #5 (faction bundle pre-orders)
November — Lore book v2
- Nov 3 — Lore book v2 manuscript complete (8 chapters, 60,000 words)
- Nov 10 — Lore book v2 cover art reveal
- Nov 17 — Lore book v2 launches on Gumroad (free update for v1 buyers)
- Nov 27 — Black Friday: 50% off the Faction Bundle
December — Steam page
- Dec 1 — EFER Steam page goes live (wishlist goal: 4,200+)
- Dec 8 — Steam demo opens to the Discord community
- Dec 15 — Steam Next Fest demo event
- Dec 22 — Holiday gift guide features (lore book + faction shirts)
What this means for the business
Q4 is the revenue quarter. Every release ships with a 7-day content cycle (5 articles + 1 landing page + 1 conversion CTA). Every release has a dedicated Discord announcement. Every release targets a specific buyer persona.
