Roadmap

What ships next — and when

The honest version: dates are targets, not promises. Everything below is tied to a real post or a real build — nothing here is vaporware. Last updated October 5, 2026.

EFURC Wave-A playtest opens

The trading card game goes public — signups via Discord. 7 launch factions, real balance numbers published weekly in the playtest devlog.

Convergence hub fidelity push

The EFER social hub hits 60%+ fidelity — weekly devlog posts on the remaining 40%.

Lore book v2 launches

Two new chapters + an EFURC card appendix. Free upgrade for everyone who owns v1 — the lore book page details the split.

Black Friday bundle

Lore book + faction shirts bundle at $74.99 (was $94.93). Bundle page.

Steam demo + store page

EFER’s first Steam demo goes live — same Convergence-hub content as the Roblox build, rebuilt for desktop. Steam page.

EFER Steam launch

Full release — the target is January 22, inside the Q1 window. All numbers on the EFER page.

EFURC v0.3 · EFEMM continues

Wave-A balance lands in v0.3 after the Oct 13 playtest data. EFEMM keeps shipping on mobile-side (current public version: v0.5.4). See the Q1 roadmap post for the quarter’s full shape.

22 lore factions · UE5 rebuild

All 22 lore factions join EFER over time (19 joinable now). The UE5 rebuild is a parallel branch — universe page tracks it.

Honesty rule: “Scheduled” means a post/build already exists. “Target” means we’re aiming but haven’t locked it. “Planned” means it’s on the board. Nothing on this page is a promise — everything updates on /now/.
